For those unable to attend, a substitute delegate may be sent at any time for no additional charge

Conference fee includes documentation, lunch and other refreshments served during the conference and is payable in advance. Fee does not include accommodation or travel.

Confirmation of registration will be sent to all delegates. Joining instructions will be sent out following receipt of registration details. If you have not received your acknowledgement seven days prior to the start of the conference, please contact Cathy Glenn cathy.glenn@bmfbusinessservices.com to confirm your booking.

Cancellations / Substitutions

Alternatively a refund will be given for cancellations received, by fax, email or letter, up to 14 days prior to the conference, less an administration charge of 25% plus VAT. Regrettably no refunds/cancellations can be made after that date.

VAT

VAT will be charged at the local rate on each conference.

The following p&p charges will apply per order.

  • Europe £7.90 €10.00
  • Rest of the World £11.85 €15.00

Your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail first class delivery within 3-5 working days.

Availability is subject to bmf Business Services stock levels.

Ownership of books shall remain with bmf Business Services until payment has been received in full.

Cancellations & Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order. For a refund (less postage) simply return the book to us, in its original condition, within 20 days from the date of purchased.
