Cancellations / Substitutions
For those unable to attend, a substitute delegate may be sent at any time for no additional charge. Alternatively a refund will be given for cancellations received in writing, by fax or letter, up to 21 days prior to the conference, less an administration charge of 25% plus VAT. Regrettably no refunds can be made after that date. Fee does not include accommodation in Dublin.
